New to resistance training and not sure where to start? This package covers the essential lifts and foundational strength exercises to kickstart your journey with confidence and proper technique. The cost is $350, and it can be arranged as a one-on-one service upon request or for a small group of 2-4 people if you'd prefer to share the experience or cost.

  • This is a 3 hour training which includes a brief power point and hands on instruction. The goal is of the workshop is for you to walk away with all the knowledge

This package will teach you the basics of conditioning and how to enhance both your aerobic and anaerobic capacity with your health in mind. This two-day service is designed to tailor a training program specifically to your needs. On Day 1, we assess your training space, goals, motivations, available equipment, and personal abilities. On Day 2, you'll receive in-depth coaching through your personalized 6-week training program, gaining the knowledge and understanding needed to continue independently. The cost for this comprehensive service is $249.

Intermediate

Health and Performance Assessment:

This comprehensive assessment evaluates your overall fitness and health status. It includes a movement screen, body fat percentage measurement, aerobic capacity test, and strength and power evaluation. The methods may be slightly adjusted based on your specific goals. This assessment provides a clear understanding of your current fitness level, helping you set measurable goals and track your progress effectively. The cost for this detailed evaluation is $199.
