About

Welcome to the Movement and Performance Podcast! My goal is to help you get active, deepen your connection with your body, and enhance your physical performance.

As an educator at heart, I’m passionate about the pursuit of wisdom and sharing it in ways that inspire and empower. I created this platform to promote health, live out my ikigai, and give back to my community.

Each month, I host an in-depth conversation with a leading expert from academia or real-world practice—or both—diving into topics like fitness, physical performance, and the mind-body connection.

Between full episodes, I share short, practical segments called Key Takeaways—packed with actionable tips to help you move with purpose, appreciate your body, and train more effectively.
